PRIVATE COACHING WITH CONNIE

You’ve spent years becoming the woman everyone can count on.

It’s time to become someone you can count on, too.

You’re capable. You’re responsible. You know how to get shit done.

But there are probably a few things in your own life you already know need to change.

The conversation you keep avoiding.
The boundary you keep moving.
The decision you keep postponing.
The promise you keep making to yourself and then breaking.

You don’t need more information.

You need to stop negotiating with what you already know.

YOUR’E NOT STUCK BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO

You probably know.

That’s what makes this so frustrating.

You can solve problems for everyone else. Make hard decisions at work. Handle the crisis. Keep the family moving. Show up when people need you.

But when it comes to your own life, something changes.

You overthink. You postpone. You make an exception. You tell yourself you’ll start Monday, next month, after things calm down.

And because your excuses sound reasonable, you keep believing them.

The excuses that cost you the most are the ones that sound the most responsible.

This work is about seeing where you’re doing that, deciding what your standard is now, and learning to hold it.

Not perfectly.

Consistently enough that you start trusting yourself again.

You are your problem. You are your solution.

That doesn’t mean everything that happened to you is your fault.

It means you stop giving what happens next to the thing that happened.

We work from one question:

What part of this belongs to me?

Not your boss.
Not your partner.
Not your childhood.
Not the economy.
Not the season you’re in.

Yours.

That’s where your power is.

And once you can see what belongs to you, we turn it into standards you can actually live by.

Because goals tell you where you want to go.

Standards determine how you live while you’re getting there.

How deep does the work need to go?

Sometimes you don’t need months of coaching.

You have one thing you’ve been circling, and you need to deal with it.

Other times, the thing you came in with is only the surface. You’ve seen the same pattern show up in different forms for years, and you’re ready to change how you operate.

That’s why there are two ways to work with me.

90-MINUTE PRIVATE INTENSIVE · $750

Set the Standard

One thing. Ninety minutes. No hiding from it.

Bring the one thing you already know you need to deal with.

A decision. A conversation. A boundary. A habit you keep breaking. Something you’ve been tolerating. Something you keep saying you’ll handle later.

We’ll strip away the explanation, name what’s actually happening, and turn what you know into standards you can hold.

You’ll leave with:

  • Three to five clear standards in your own words

  • What you’re no longer willing to tolerate

  • What you’re taking ownership of

  • One specific commitment with a date on it

  • One standard you’ll practice for the next seven days

This is not a strategy session.

It’s not a discovery call.

And I’m not going to tell you what to do with your life.

I’ll help you tell yourself the truth, decide what your standard is, and put something behind it.

This is for you if you can name the thing.

If everything feels tangled and you don’t know where to begin, start with the Ownership Audit instead.

1:1 PRIVATE COACHING

When it isn’t one thing. It’s a pattern.

Maybe you’ve made the decision before.

Set the boundary before.

Started the routine before.

Promised yourself this time would be different before.

And somehow you keep ending up back in the same place.

That’s where private coaching goes deeper.

We’re not just solving the problem sitting in front of you.

We’re looking at how you operate inside the problem.

Where you negotiate with yourself.
Where you avoid the truth.
Where you wait to feel ready.
Where you keep your word to everyone except yourself.
Where you know better but still don’t do better.

Then we practice something different long enough for you to have evidence that you can trust yourself.

Private coaching starts at $4,500.

I work with clients in focused 3- and 6-month containers.

You don’t have to figure out which one you need before we talk. If we’re a fit, I’ll recommend the container that matches the work.

THE OWNERSHIP PRACTICE

This is the work.

Everything we do comes back to four practices.

BRUTAL HONESTY

Stop lying to yourself.

Name the truth you already know, then act on it.

Ask: What truth am I refusing to say out loud?

RELENTLESS DISCIPLINE

Keep the promises you make to yourself, especially the small ones.

It’s not willpower.

It’s self-trust.

Ask: What did I already decide that I’m still negotiating?

BRAVE ACTION

Move before you feel ready.

Fear is information, not authority.

The leap, the restart, and the stay all count.

Ask: What would I do this week if I weren’t afraid of being judged?

ENDLESS GROWTH

Refuse to settle into any version of yourself, especially the one that’s winning.

There is no final version to arrive at.

Ask: What would the next version of me do here?

WHAT THIS IS REALLY ABOUT

This isn’t about becoming more productive so you can carry more.

You’re probably already very good at carrying things.

This is about becoming someone you can count on, too.

Someone who says no when she means no.

Who stops waiting for the perfect time.

Who makes the hard decision.

Who keeps the promise she made to herself after the feeling wears off.

Who can break a standard without turning one bad decision into three bad months.

Who knows how to come back with the next decision instead of waiting until Monday.

That’s how self-trust gets built.

Not through affirmations.

Through evidence.

WHAT PRIVATE COACHING LOOKS LIKE

Structure without a script.

I’m not going to drag you through a canned curriculum while your actual life is happening somewhere else.

The work is responsive.

You bring what’s real.

I bring the Ownership Practice, the questions, the pattern recognition, the structure, and the willingness to tell you what I see.

Your coaching may involve a hard conversation one week and your health, marriage, career, boundaries, habits, money, or identity the next.

But the lens stays the same:

What part of this belongs to you?

And then:

What are you going to do about it?

Every session ends with something specific to own.

Because insight is not transformation.

Practice is.

ENOUGH TIME FOR THE WORK YOU ACTUALLY NEED

3 MONTHS

Three months is focused work.

We establish your standards, identify the patterns that keep breaking them, build the discipline underneath them, and move the decisions or conversations you’ve been avoiding.

The goal is evidence:

You can live by the standards you set for yourself.

6 MONTHS

Six months gives us something three months can’t:

time for real life to happen.

The standard gets tested.

Something breaks.

Old patterns show up.

You take the brave action and then have to deal with what happens afterward.

We work not only on holding your standards, but rebuilding and eventually raising them.

The goal is a track record:

You know how to come back to yourself without needing someone else to do it for you.

I’ll recommend the right runway based on the work, not based on which package I’d rather sell you.

You’ll probably do well here if...

You’re capable and self-aware, but tired of your own excuses.

You know something needs to change and you’re willing to look at your part in it.

You want someone who will be direct with you without treating you like a problem to fix.

You’re willing to do something between conversations, not just talk about doing it.

You don’t need someone to motivate you.

You need someone who will notice where you’re negotiating with yourself and call you on it.

And you’re ready to take responsibility for what happens next.

This probably isn’t the right work if...

You want someone to tell you what decision to make.

You want validation more than honesty.

You’re looking for a productivity coach, business consultant, therapist, or someone to process trauma with.

You want change without changing your behavior.

Or you want to spend our time talking about what everyone else needs to do differently.

We can absolutely talk about what happened.

But eventually I'm going to ask:

What part of this belongs to you?

ABOUT CONNIE

I learned ownership as an operator before I ever named it as a practice.

I spent fifteen years leading people and operations, eventually going from store manager to VP of Retail Operations in three years and leading hundreds of people across multiple states.

I became very good at being someone other people could count on.

The problem was that I wasn’t nearly as dependable to myself.

I could hold a standard for hundreds of people and negotiate every standard I set for myself.

My health. My marriage. My time. My boundaries. My definition of success.

Eventually I had to apply the same ownership I expected professionally to the rest of my life.

That work became the Ownership Practice.

Today I coach women through the same question that changed how I live mine:

What part of this belongs to me?

Not because everything is your fault.

Because your life gets a hell of a lot more interesting when you stop waiting for everyone else to change first.

WHAT WOMEN WHO HAVE WORKED WITH ME SAY

“Connie is the reason I bet on cannabis - and a huge part of why that bet paid off. She showed me that leadership isn’t about keeping everyone comfortable: make the hard call, have the damn conversation, do the work and never be so impressed with yesterday’s win that you stop chasing the next one. Authenticity, transparency and unapologetic honesty were the Connie playbook, and I rolled with it. Made it my own and somehow went from Store Manager to Regional Director in three years - it’s a wild ride that has Connie’s influence all over it.”

— Lourie Moyer, Regional Director

“Connie is the coach who actually hears you — and then helps you name what's been holding you back. Her approach is challenging in the best way: she pushes you past where you've been comfortable, and she does it with both honesty and warmth. She showed me how to take ownership of my own life, and she'll do the same for you.”

— JD Dunwoodie, Marketing Leader

FAQ

What does private coaching cost?

Set the Standard is $750 for a 90-minute private intensive.

Ongoing private coaching starts at $4,500. I work with clients in focused 3- and 6-month containers and recommend the appropriate runway after we talk.

Can I start with Set the Standard and continue into private coaching?

Yes.

If you complete the work from Set the Standard, hold one of your standards for seven days, complete your commitment, and decide to continue within 30 days of the session, your $750 can be applied toward private coaching.

You earn the credit by doing the work.

Do I have to start with the Ownership Audit?

No.

If you can clearly name the one thing you need to address, you can book Set the Standard directly.

If everything feels tangled and you can't identify where to start, the $47 Ownership Audit is designed to help you find it.

Is this therapy?

No.

Coaching can involve your career, relationships, habits, health, boundaries and the way you operate inside your life, but it is not therapy or mental-health treatment. Trauma processing and clinical mental-health concerns belong with an appropriately licensed professional.

Is your coaching only for women?

Yes. My private coaching practice is built specifically for women.

What happens if we're not a fit?

Then we don't work together.

A fit conversation isn't about convincing you to hire me. It's about determining whether the work I do matches the work you actually need.

You already know enough to make a move.

You don’t need another year of thinking about the thing you already know.

Tell yourself the truth.

Decide what belongs to you.

Set the standard.

Then start proving to yourself that you can hold it.

One thing?

Bigger pattern?

Own it all. Forge your freedom.
