Built for rooms that don’t want a pep talk.
Radical Ownership — for the leadership team that's done explaining its results, and for the room of women who are done playing small. Same standard. Different room.
The Practice in 75 seconds.
Radical Ownership in 75 seconds. The four pillars. The shift.
For Leadership Teams & Organizations
You Are the Bottleneck. You Are Also the Breakthrough.
Radical Ownership for leadership teams done explaining their results.
A direct, practical keynote on the avoidance patterns that quietly run most organizations — the conversation that's been circling for 18 months, the standards that drift quarter by quarter, the leader who's quietly become the easy button for problems the team should be solving. Built on the Radical Ownership Practice from Connie's book, Own It All.
What the room leaves with
1. The real bottleneck named. Most organizations don't have a strategy problem — they have an ownership problem, at every level, including the leader's. The room leaves able to spot the exact patterns running their org and where each one's costing them.
2. The four-part practice that fixes it. Brutal honesty. Relentless discipline. Brave action. Endless growth. Not theory — a working practice they can apply to a team meeting on Monday.
3. One specific action committed to before they leave the room. The conversation they've been circling. The standard they've been negotiating. The move only they can make. Operational, not aspirational.
Built for: founder summits and CEO peer groups · leadership conferences and executive offsites · all-hands and leadership retreats · industry conferences in operations-heavy sectors (retail, hospitality, healthcare, cannabis).
Two rooms. One Standard.
The work is the same — take radical ownership of what's yours. Who's in the room changes how it lands. Pick your room.
For Women's Groups & Conferences
Get Out of Your Own Way.
Radical Ownership for women who are done playing small.
An honest, practical talk on the excuses, fear, and perfectionism that keep capable women stuck just below where they belong — and the daily practices that get them moving and visible before they feel ready. Built on the Radical Ownership Practice from Connie's book, Own It All.
What the room leaves with
1. The real bottleneck named. Capable women are rarely blocked by skill or opportunity — they're blocked by avoidance dressed up as "I'll start when I'm ready." They'll leave able to spot the exact excuse holding them back.
2. Self-trust through discipline, not motivation. Motivation is a feeling and it's fleeting. Every time you renegotiate with yourself, you break self-trust. Discipline is what rebuilds it.
3. One visible action, taken before they feel ready. Confidence is built by acting, not by waiting to feel confident. Everyone leaves with one concrete move to make this week.
Built for: women's leadership conferences · women's networks and membership communities · founder and entrepreneur circles · retreats and summits · high-performer audiences.

Bio
Connie Woolsey is the author of Own It All and the creator of the Radical Ownership Practice. She spent fifteen years in retail leadership, including building one of Florida's emerging cannabis retail organizations from store manager to Vice President of Retail in three years.
In 2025 she walked away from the VP role to teach Radical Ownership full-time. She now coaches high-performing women 1:1, speaks to leadership teams and women's audiences, and writes the weekly newsletter The Standard — one direct note every Sunday on ownership, avoidance, and the work no one else will tell you to do.
Her work draws on years of operating inside fast-scale businesses and leading hundreds of people. She lives on a small ranch in northwest Florida with her husband Brandon and a small farm of goats, chickens, geese, turkeys, a bulldog named Duke, and a pig named Pig.
