This isn't therapy. It isn't mindset content. It isn't another framework to read about.
It's Radical Ownership applied to your one life — the same standard I teach inside organizations, brought to bear on yours. You'll stop circling and start choosing yourself in the moments that count, in the conversations you've been avoiding, in the patterns you've been quietly tolerating.
We'll work together to:
Name the avoidance you've been calling something else
Set the standards you've been quietly negotiating away from
Take the action you already know needs to happen
Have the conversation you've been having with yourself for two years
Build a way of operating that doesn't collapse the moment things get hard
What you get from me: brutal honesty, clear expectations, action over thinking, and someone who will tell you the truth and still love you the whole way through it.
How we’ll start.
I don't take on coaching clients I haven't talked to first. The work is too direct and the standards too high to start without us both knowing it's the right fit.
Here's how we begin:
1. You apply. A short application below — tell me what's going on, what you've tried, and what you want this work to actually do for you.
2. We talk. If your application reads like a fit, I'll reach out within 2 business days to schedule a 45-minute call. The call is free. On it, I'll listen, tell you what I see, walk you through what working together would look like, and answer everything.
3. You decide. I'll send a follow-up email after the call with everything we discussed. Take 48 hours. If it's a yes, we start. If it's not, you'll know that too.
No pressure. No pitch. The work doesn't need either.

Q: Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching. If you're working through trauma, grief, or clinical mental health concerns, you need a therapist — and I'll tell you that on our call. Coaching is for people who know what they need to do and aren't doing it.
Q: What if I’m not sure I’m “ready'“?
You're never going to feel ready. Ready isn't a feeling — it's a decision. If something in this page made you say "that's me," you're ready enough.
Q: What makes you different?
I'm direct. I don't soften. I won't perform empathy at you while you build a case for staying small. I'll tell you the truth, hold the standard, and stay in the room while you actually do the work.
Q: Is this for women only?
This work is built for high-performing women. That's where my deepest authority lives, and the framing of this page reflects that. But I take 1:1 clients on fit, not gender. If you've read this and find yourself in it — apply anyway. We'll figure out together whether it's right.
